We are sorry to see you go! Traudio is committed to complying with Apple App Store and Google Play guidelines regarding account deletion. This guide explains how you can completely delete your account and associated records.
1. In-App Deletion Walkthrough
The fastest and most secure way to delete your profile is directly inside the Traudio mobile application:
- Open the Traudio app on your mobile device.
- Ensure you are logged into the account you wish to delete.
- Go to the Personal Profile section.
- Select the Account Settings option.
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the security warning prompts. The system will lock your account and proceed to delete your data immediately.
2. Online Deletion Request Form
If you have already uninstalled the Traudio app, you can submit a deletion request directly below. Our support team will process your request within 7 business days.
✓ Request Submitted
Your request has been recorded. We will email you at the registered address once your account and credentials are fully purged (typically within 7 days).
3. Timeline & Data Purge Process
Upon initiating deletion (either in-app or via the web form):
- Session Suspension: Your active login sessions are revoked, preventing any further logins.
- Database Purging: All entries linked to your user UUID in our Supabase databases—including your learning history, bookmarks, AI chat sessions, and progress charts—are flagged and completely deleted.
- Process Duration: Standard account purging takes 24 hours via in-app request, and up to 7 days for web form submissions.
4. Data Retention Exclusions
In accordance with global data protection laws (such as GDPR), certain transaction records cannot be deleted immediately:
- Billing Invoices: Invoice logs and payment IDs processed via Google Play / App Store are retained for legal audit, financial, and tax purposes as mandated by local laws.
- Anonymized Metrics: Overall usage metrics that do not contain personal identifiers may be kept to maintain app analytics.
