By creating a user profile, logging into your account, or accessing summaries on the Traudio application, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and have read and agreed to remain bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services.

2. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features, including saving bookmarks and chatting with StickWise AI, you must register an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual assets provided in our mobile app and websites, including condensed audiobook summaries, text highlights, voice recordings, translations, and AI coach logic interfaces, belong exclusively to Traudio or our partners.

• Personal Use License: Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read and listen for personal, educational, non-commercial use only.
• Restrictions: You may not republish, distribute, broadcast, scrape, or modify any materials without express written authorization from Traudio.
• User Submissions: Any chat entries, feedback, or logs submitted to the AI remain under your license, but you grant Traudio a global license to process them anonymously to respond to your queries.

4. VIP Subscriptions & Auto-Renewals

We offer a premium tier subscription (VIP Plan) to unlock full learning benefits:

• Billing & Processing: VIP subscriptions are processed directly through Google Play Store or Apple App Store Billing platforms. Payments are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the selected period and price unless auto-renew is turned off in your app store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refund Policy: Payments are generally non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted directly through Apple or Google support channels depending on your device platform.
• End User License Agreement (EULA): In addition to these Terms of Use, iOS users are subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement: Apple Standard EULA.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to engage in any prohibited conduct when using our services:

• Do not use bots, spiders, scrapers, or other automated mechanisms to harvest content from our servers.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the source code of the Traudio application.
• Do not submit malicious payloads, spam, or abusive messages to our AI Assistant or feedback forms.

6. AI Summaries & Financial Disclaimers

Traudio provides condensed educational summaries and AI-driven conversational guidance for informational purposes only:

• No Professional Advice: The summaries and advice generated by StickWise AI do not constitute licensed investment, financial, tax, or legal advice.
• Investment Decisions: You are solely responsible for your investment actions. Traudio does not guarantee the accuracy of AI models and is not liable for financial losses incurred by users.

7. Warranty Disclaimers

Traudio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that our audio streams, databases, or AI systems will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and block access to our services at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use, engaged in fraud, or abused the AI endpoints.
